1. Disregard for safety around pressurized systems, hazardous refrigerants, dangerous tools 2. Inability to successfully negotiate/complete contracts, resulting in monetary losses and constant employee overwork 3. Unable to listen to multiple employees suggesting changes to the business/management practices to make the company more successful 4. Extreme disparity in employee treatment (personal treatment, professional recognition, financial compensation, leave time) based on what group you came from, who you know, who you're in a relationship with 5. Unwillingness to follow normal rules for operating/expanding a business with regards to permitting 6. Atmosphere of distrust, frustration, vindictiveness, just a toxic environment for some people, plenty of behind-the-back talking and narc action over the last several years
