Employees are expected to be on call 24/7, day or night, even on weekends. You'll have no work life balance, and your schedule is going to be incredibly chaotic because of the frequent calls you'll get at odd hours. If you want to go crazy, by all means apply for a position here. Otherwise, avoid this company.
