Pros
Creative Lodging Solutions is always trying to find new ways to mix in fun at the workplace. Also, leadership is always tweaking the vision for the future of the company, to provide consistent growth and security for the current and future employees. CLS also strives to provide incentives & benefits that make employment and staying more attractive.
Cons
There it little down time, especially in the operations department, as there is always work to be done and the flow seldom slows down. While hard to take a breath at times, the constant pace does provide job security. Also, the continued growth does at times lose a bit of the personal flair that was present when the company was smaller.
