Pros
- The people at this company are some of the kindest around. All of my colleagues were pleasant, and most are very happy with the company. - CLS has a strong culture of philanthropy (there's always a great cause they're raising funds for!) - Quick to weed out low-performers and focus on helping those who seek growth within the company. - Most (if not all) available positions are open to internal employees before being posted publicly. - Catered lunch occasionally. - Many long-term employees (5-10+ years). - On-site gym. - Reasonable health insurance costs. - Frequent and thorough performance reviews.
Cons
- Inflexible PTO / Unpaid time off policy. - Rotating, mandatory on-call schedule (not discussed in interview or job offer). - Low pay. - Outdated, proprietary software ecosystems provide a poor UX for employees.
