8yWe appreciate your taking the time to give us feedback — something we value and take seriously. In fact, we even have several platforms and opportunities to share ideas within our work week here at CLS. Comments and concerns (every day of the year and on every initiative) are taken, with anonymity as an option. We then make sure all feedback is reviewed and addressed. If you gave feedback and feel it was not heard, please let us know so we can make sure that does not happen again.
The vast majority of people who lose their jobs at CLS do so because of simple things like attendance issues.
Over 80% of the changes mentioned in the review were a result of listening to employees. Quickly implementing new, good changes are valued at our organization; we are very upfront about this in our culture. Properly managing change was also a common topic in feedback, so at the beginning of this year we invested in a change management program. This initiative strives to implement and communicate changes in the most thoughtful way possible to everyone impacted by the change.
