Working at CES has allowed me to work with the most incredible team members and get to know my team through various company activities outside of the office. CES also fosters a positive working environment that encourages continued learning opportunities that have provided me with the skills to continue to grow with the company.

Working remotely initially made getting to know other team members a challenge. However, management often finds new and exciting ways to encourage team building in a hybrid setting.

Creative Engagement Solutions is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. I was given opportunities for professional development and the work culture is just overall great. The work/life balance is amazing and the CEO is very understanding when it comes to extended leave time due to family emergencies, sicknesses, etc. CES also has a great relationship with all clients so it is never a hostile work environment. Everyone o the Team is easy going and great to get along with.
