      Pros

      Cared for staff and well being, leaders were always present and clear on information/tasks. Alot of foot traffic and having student workers was nice to hear their story and the countries they came from. Nice community college that cares for it's students and staff.

      Cons

      Only one is if they had more contracts in the chicagoland area

      Communication is strong and management cares for you as a person. My team is hard working and friendly.

      Sometimes requires flexible schedule due to due different events.
