Cons
Leadership in constant flux, awkward funding strategy, high-stress work environment. Absentee board of directors and internal politics stalled progress from 2011-2014. New CEO (Merkeley) started mid-2014, then fired more than 1/3 of staff at the beginning of 2015 without warning or cause.
