Pros
Benefits, friendly colleagues, good history of games, work/life balance.
Cons
Most colleagues are only friendly when it benefits them, to work their way up the ladder somehow. QA are treated as expendable, opinions not taken seriously, it's considered a dead end career, everyone forces their way out, then you're treated like garbage despite being there themselves. You have to play the part, or you will not progress. Upper management ruined the company, the current leaders have failed several companies previously. HR are not your friends, they don't care about anything but protecting the company image. Struggling with mental health? They won't compromise. It's in Horsham, old people and family town, there's not much to do there really, pub, cinema, the town is becoming more attractive for petty crimes, and youths too. Expensive area to live due to being South England. Huge coasting epidemic at the company, a lot of people don't do much at all, only recently has there been pressure due to the grave situation of the company. Tools are ancient, a lot of opinions on improvements come to nothing. Numerous colleagues becoming frustrated due to lack of R&D progress.
