      Pros

      They stay true to their values and use them to make business decisions. It's a smaller business so decisions can be made quickly as business needs change. For a creative staffing firm, their benefits packages is pretty competitive to other similar firms. Friendly and competent staff who are always happy to help. Really excellent culture, fun happy hour events. Great team and beautiful offices!

      Cons

      If I had to choose a con I'd say that it's a busy office so while the workday flies by it can occasionally be high stress.

      Pros

      I had high quality work assignments with great companies.

      Cons

      Poor communication with onboarding. Their policies make it impossible to get full-time employment out of a contract job. They hire people that are not well trained to provide information to contractors. I experienced a high volume of turnover with their employees resulting in confusion and frustration
