Pros
Well I guess you’re guaranteed to get poor mental health
Cons
Poor management, do not know how to handle their staff, not accommodating to mental health. No sick pay. Ridiculous amount of work load that cannot be accomplished. Will let you go with no explanation. Not very understanding to a probationary period and the fact you’re still learning. Weekly 1-2-1s, very excessive, didn’t actually gain anything from it. Job description was actually different to what they’re asking of you, you’re made to call out and this was not mentioned in the description. Low pay. Made to time everything down to the minute, if you are 1 minute delayed you get picked on for it. If you don’t get it right first go, you’re getting pulled aside for it. Don’t get paid AT ALL for any overtime but you’re expected to do it
