      Young workforce Nice & helpful colleagues New & bright office Managing Director is down to earth and friendly Training & Development opportunities Bonus scheme Flexible working (Start & finish times)

      Cons

      Unequal pay and treatment of staff from management Unrealistic targets at times School mentality & very strict rules (A lot of behavior monitoring) 45 min lunch break (personally I prefer 1 hour) Inconsistencies with managements communication & agreements Flat structure so no opportunities for further promotions

      Small Office, some of the language used by the some young colleagues were unprofessional. Not many benefits.
