Flexible hours, understanding when mistakes happen, good pay for a teacher

Very few classes during the school year, no career growth, once a curriculum is made there is never an effort to improve it - leading to outdated portions and obvious flaws never being fixed.

As a part-time job the scheduling was very clear and flexible. They were also very understanding and the support team was always helpful whenever I ran into something I needed help with. Jessie, my boss, was really nice and always reached out to get my side whenever there was an unhappy parent who complained about something.

I feel there is a lack of open communication/discussion about present curriculums between the teachers (at least, in the Roblox area), so there is very little improvement and small issues tend to not be addressed for a long time. I, myself, was part of this as I worked on a few curriculums however there was very little motivation/incentive to go back and improve upon a curriculum after it was made as long as it was usable. I feel C&L could improve by opening up a very clear channel for discussion (for all teachers currently teaching that curriculum - not just the teachers who first created it) about curriculums long after they are first created so as to improve them and keep them updated.
