Jennifer hires extremely talented people. So, you’ll always be around enormously talented people with interesting personalities. I got free art classes as a perk which was great. She also did staff meals during staff meetings which was nice.

Longer hours would have been nice. Also, being alone in an art studio for a few hours is a bit lonely. By the time I left, all the other teachers, students, and staff members would come in. I'd greet them and then my shift was done.

Friendly and diverse staff and manager. Clean studios. Safe space for kids, woman, adults, amateurs, gay, trans, disabled etc. So accommodating. Teaching art with no marking/grades yay.

Communication needs a little work but is getting better all the time. There have been surprises
