I am personally responding to this message as you have mentioned many things here which are completely untrue and false.
I do not believe you are employee of Crave. I believe you are someone from outside who is trying to tarnish our image.
Let me respond to couple of things you have mentioned here:
1. I do not recall I have been involved any any leave decisions for last 18 months since we empowered all our leads. It is not our practice to cancel leaves. Even if there is client needs we have always worked out most suitable solution to meet the needs of both ends.
2. You mentioned about shouting and unprofessional words: Can you please be more specific and discuss with me or your lead. I am open for suggestions and to improve if I have made any mistake but this is not a behavior I practice.
3. You mentioned about policies and changing words: We have HR policy manual and all our processes are driven through software programs. How can I change something is documented. having said this we have always listened to each suggestion and adjusted policies to meet the need of the time like increasing travel allowances, aligning leave policies with client and team members needs. We are pride to be the most automated company of our size where time sheet, expenses, payroll, leave and all HR processes are automated. I do not understand how this can be true.
4. Trusting Managers: Let me assure that we have strong team structure and open policy where anyone can reach anyone. We are a flat structure organization which makes us most agile, innovative and fast to respond. I trust all my managers but also listen to every Crave family member to ensure everyone has voice. I have to respectfully disagree with this assessment.
5. Your last claim about reviews: This is completely untrue and false. At Crave we do encourage team members to post the review BUT do not force to share positive review only. It is important for everyone to be able to share reviews which is the sole purpose of this forum. Our free and open policy is evident form the fact that all our reviews are not 5*. We value each feedback and take those seriously.
If you are truly Crave employee then as a head of the family I am deeply concerned about your personal situation. If you are facing any personal challenges due to the current situation then please reach out to HR or even me and we will be happy to help you to get through this difficult situation.
If you are not Crave employee then please do not waste all of our time and try to tarnish our image.
In spite of all these false allegations I wish you all the best in what you are doing. Please try to take a break, meditate, stay safe and healthy.
