I have worked with Cranes for almost 9 + years. I have started my career with cranes. Improved technical skills.
Cons
They are not clearing salary dues or gratuity or pf to the employees who will leave the company. Form 16 is also not issued. Those who are really working they are not getting proper salaries. Every month till now the employees of cranes are waiting struggling for salaries. Every two months once are three months once they are getting salaries. not complete three months only one month salary. Those who are watching face books or online shopping they are getting salaries, the real bees which are hard working their salaries are delayed like any thing. In few departments the number of employees are more than the required strength. Still some of the talents are stucked their because of their own personal reasons. I wish all of them to get an opportunity outside and come out of the company. It is going in a very bad phase.
