This is a great company to grow with; advancement comes from within first. The salary and pay rates are competitive. Leadership is reachable and the growth opportunities have allowed currently employees an opportunity to advance. The company is big are compliance and quality so everyone is brought in with a mind-set that quality is our number one concern and focus. When you are hired, they have a great two-day on boarding that covers all safety and quality related policies and procedures to help you understand the basics of food safety and why it is important. Leadership meets often to discuss changes, challenges, and successes. The communication is open and consistent.
Cons
CraftMark is growing and that means a lot of overtime and last minute schedule changes. While it is a good thing to be busy (job security) it can become difficult for work life balance. They do offer a "grace" day and 24 hours of unpaid "PTO" within the first 90 days to offset.
