Pros

Competitive salary/benefits. Convenient location off Mass Pike.

Cons

I worked at Craft WW for 2 weeks before quitting. The Craft in question is an integrated office and is located within another major corporate building (also this location's only client), which is kinda blah. A few big red flags on my first day: filthy desk and laptop. And I mean absolutely filthy. I had to really scrub to get some gunk off the laptop. Unacceptable. And instead of easing into a new role, was walked right into a meeting before having a chance to sit down at my desk. There is absolutely no training program or general ramp up time whatsoever. Management was swamped and had no time to really walk me through the antiquated computer system and programs. It was an absolute cluster in terms of getting new employees up to speed. The job itself was awful glorified data entry. Clients would request small jobs that we would assign out by entering it into a computer system in different ways/formats so it adheres to some absurd policies that was really excessive. This would be done several times a day (the process can take up to an hour each) and is frankly pretty soul crushing work. The hours were also miserable. On my second day, I was given a new task to do at 5:15pm to finish that evening. It was something I obviously never did before, so I was walked through it a bit, but I didn't get out until after 6. Employees regularly stay late into the night on all teams, and are often allocated at over 100% workloads on a daily basis. I heard another employee talk about having to cancel a vacation in the past in order to stay and work. Superiors and colleagues regularly complained about not leaving the office until after 8pm on several nights. I quit on Friday of my second week and I regret even taking the job. It's been removed from my resume.

Pros

Overall, my experience at Craft was extremely positive, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have been part of such a talented and dedicated team. I would highly recommend Craft to anyone seeking a collaborative work environment.

Cons

One significant concern was the lack of job security. This lack of job security created a level of anxiety and instability, making it difficult to fully invest in long-term career growth and development.
