Pros

None. Disorganized staff and management, kitchen was a mess.

Cons

High expectations. Was fired before I was even out of training because I "didn't fit the type we are looking for". Two out of 5 of my training days, my server was so busy with tables that they didn't have time to show me anything so I spent them carrying out plates or studying. I didn't make any mistakes, I wasn't late. They want you to have a very specific personality so despite the tables I brought food to telling me how great I was doing and I truly enjoyed it I was still let go because I guess my trainer wasn't there to see it because they were busy. I put a lot of effort into this and spent three days writing like 15 pages of notes and studying the menu at home because, as mentioned, my trainers didn't have time. They want you to know EVERYTHING by day 4 or 5 and it's a really big menu with like 3 different kinds of slaw, many different kinds of tartar, all of the huge list of specialty pizzas and burgers, and they all go with different dishes and you have to know expo's job which I guess I understand but it's a lot of information to learn in 4 days with little training. You do get tested before they'll put you on the floor. I wasn't even given a chance after all of that studying to actually take the test or a table before they let me go. I thought i was supposed to be shadowing the servers, its not like on day 2 i knew enough about the menu to help the guests with their order other than writing it down and half of my training they weren't even with me. What a waste of time.
