Cons
No vision No one really cares that the product is really amateur They prefer to hire consultants and agencies to do their work because they don't know what they're doing Low morale Managers will give you the crap work that they don't want to do Managers will make you do busy work so they can try to get more headcount to justify they position Poor management Yes men, type mentality & brown nosers get promoted while people on the ground do all the work Your boss will take credit for your work and blame you for their mistakes & ineptitude They'll lie and keep you as a contractor for as long as possible before hiring you full time (if you're not management). They seem to only promote white people They make really bad decisions & rather than fix them, double down and commit to them There's no real strategy and what there is they keep changing their minds There are some senior people who are so stupid it's mind bogling They claim to be research driven but will ignore data if it doesn't support their personal agenda or taste A ton of political maneuvering Middle management doesn't share info to keep their grasp on power over employers The lay off the best employees & stick the rest with more work Management doesn't cares about your personal growth
