Pros

The company values its employees more than anything else.I enjoyed the pay structure, benefits package and other services the company would offer to employees, including free cable and internet, and discounted telephone. They offer free use of the company gym and the Cafeteria is superb (for cafeterias).. The company matches your 401k contributions by fifty percent. The company regularly lists it's priority's, the value of there employees always have been top priority on the list. The pay structure is always competitive, with shift differentials and quarterly raises and yearly and christmas bonuses. There are always many company events to raise the morale.

Cons

The company has very stricy policys...there is no room for negotiations.

Hi, thank you for sharing a review! We're glad to know that you enjoy the flexibility, work-life balance and employee benefits that a career at Cox offers, and that you would recommend Cox as an employer. Cox's footprint and cross-industry impact do frequently necessitate agility with change, but we strive to offer a workplace experience that has the stability of a large company with the friendly community and innovation culture of a startup. And while our impact continues to grow, our values and mission remain the same: across our family of businesses, we're building a better future. We hope you feel that to be the case.

Pros

Great work/life balance, culture and benefits. Work from home. Unlimited PTO.

Cons

Merging with Charter this year. If I still have a job after the merger, I'll be losing unlimited PTO, WFH, culture and who knows about work/life balance. Some may be asked to move to CT. At the end of 2024 the company offered a generous VSP. Knowing the upcoming severance packages we may be offered by Charter, some of us feel betrayed.
