Pros

Great company to work for, pay was very good. Close to $60,000/ a year for 100% to goal. Some making close to six figures. Great training Great culture Very professional work atmosphere

Cons

Company announced that they were closing down the California Office and most employees in the CA office were laid off in one day. We were all shown a giant TV projector screen with the CEO explaining why they made this decision. People who were working there close to 20 years were in tears. Inbound Sales pays great but is also stressful. Pressured to sell home phones. Who wants to have to sell a home phone anymore??

Cons

Documentation and knowledge sharing can be improved to reduce dependency on a few key people. Decision‑making sometimes takes longer due to multiple approval layers. More investment in training and upskilling would benefit the teams.

Learned alot with 20+ years with the company, fun place to work, meet great people, Awesome pay.

Cons

Management will throw you under the bus to save themselves, will not stick up for employees, supervisor yelling at team meetings, slamming things around and acting childish. Best micromanager out there.
