Pros
Pro's? An interesting concept when thinking about working at Coveris. Factory management staff and the warehouse lot are a really good bunch, always very helpful and generally just 'nice'!
Cons
Appalling place to work. No trust in staff, everyone is marked and there are people being pushed out of the business weekly. Long working hours for minimal pay. I wouldn't recommend this employer to anyone. You will not be cared about at Coveris, you are a number and you're completely disposable. A culture of fear around them based in the offices.
