      Wonderful concept of a clean beauty brand, amazing products!

      Cons

      Extremely limited support and structure, unrealistic sales goals, knee-jerk reaction to issues; everything is a 911, 5-alarm fire! Impossible to carry out responsibilities with current antiquated accounting systems. Expectations are high with minimal resources - rather disheartening.
