Casual work environment with a chill vibe. Flexible dress code. Somewhat flexible hours. Frequent communication with all members of the company and transparency with all aspects of company health. Overall incredible place to work and I'd recommend joining this company in a heartbeat if you're a self-starter!!
Cons
You will definitely be working outside of your scheduled hours, so work-life balance is something you have to prioritize for yourself. But the management rewards hard work with flex time. As a startup, there will always be the usual growing pains, but the receptive culture and flexibility to explore your own avenues to create success make it all worth it.
