      Work from home during COVID pandemic

      Cons

      No strategic meetings with a company this large, its by far necessary. You are totally alone. Overly male dominated. Left job for being bullied by new appointed supervisor. When you go above and beyond you are told your making management look bad, confusing.

      Pros

      They can be flexible with your schedule but you will get guilt tripped

      Cons

      Benefits are horrible, favoritism, manipulation, pay increases aren’t good and they want you to beg in order to get what you are worth. The best advice I can give is don’t work here. No growth. No work life balance.
