Pros
None. Unless you like being abused, mistreated, underpaid, understaffed, lied to, bullied, and having your labor rights violated on a regular basis. Oh, and if you like working scared in an atmosphere of fear, intimidation, retaliation, and threats where you're constantly looking over your shoulder, then this is the place for you
Cons
I have never seen an organization take such pleasure in creating hardships for their employees. The company enjoys dominating their employees. Having power over people is more important than running a profitable business. The company enjoys telling employees their hours are being cut, they won't be getting a promotion, they won't be getting a raise, or that they are being demoted. If you complain about your labor rights being violated or any safety issues, the company retaliates by cutting your hours and uses it as an example to intimidate other employees.
