      Friendly colleagues Amazing department manager who cared for his team Early finish on Fridays Care alot for your health and safety

      Cons

      Pressure to hit targets can become too much for some employees I think pay could be alittle bit better considering other production sites on Ashford Did get very hot in production area as air-conditioning didn't work
