I genuinely enjoy working here – it’s a supportive, forward-thinking workplace where people are trusted and encouraged to grow. There’s a strong team culture, with plenty of collaboration and openness across all levels of the business.

If I had to pick a con, it’s that things move quickly, so you need to be comfortable with change.
