Pros

We are given fairly interesting projects to work on. Engineers have a good amount of leverage to come up with our own solutions. I am allowed to work independently and free from micromanagement. My co-workers are generally talented and hard-working. Work/life balance is good.

Cons

Compensation is poor compared to similar positions at other companies. This sentiment is fairly universal and has been brought to attention by employee feedback surveys. The company continues to avoid the issue, occasionally paying lip service to bonuses awarded to a small number of high-performing employees. Also, we are subject to frequent restructurings and reorganizations. Opportunities for advancement seem to be poor.

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.

Pros

Flexible schedule is really the only positive I have. I worked there almost 10 years.

Cons

Constantly laying people off and switch contractors around. Not a big deal unless you team is admin for 7+ buisness units at once, they fire off the contractors you have spent training. They fires that team and told them tp train their replacements.
