No day to day supervision. Benefits are decent. Set your on schedule. Paid holidays (@ $17 per hour). Company was formerly known as Landsafe.
Cons
Terrible compensation package. One is paid $17 per hour (which is an insult) and must complete $7500 in appraisals each month to qualify for a bonus for the amount over $7500. They have combined Landsafe (BOA) and RELS (Wells Fargo) and will now go out after other business.
