Pros

This compay has a world of growth available and lots of (free) options to enhance your business accumen from a production, analysis and management standpoint. The office is like a family but teamwork is based on where you're located.

Cons

-Poor management decisions - no respect for the customers, and the vendors that work with us. -Management does not listen to those that know what they are talking about, which is problematic, especially when you're taking over a process and you treat the ONLY people that can help you like they don't matter. -Management tries to over-simplify processes and does not give it the proper respect - almost as if they doubt why you're having such a hard time because to them it seems so simple, but then when they get in it the question is "wow, so you guys do all this? we can't do that..." -Management would like to say folks on here are bitter but that is not it, we saw the iceburg before the ship got there and we called the captain but the captain was out on PTO.

Pros

- The company genuinely prioritizes employee mental health and well being, which is refreshing. - They have honored their commitment to a flexible hybrid work model, and the engaging ERG events on in office days make you want to be there. - It is a culture that rewards team players with a strong work ethic. - As a smaller company, you feel like your contributions truly matter.

Cons

- While benefits are provided, including the great half day well being days, the primary health insurance is a plan with a high deductible rather than a standard copay model, which could be an area for improvement.

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
