Company is stuck in the 80-s, way behind current industry technological and procedural standards No Senior management vision or direction Company values are waffle with no substance to it No system in place for anything, project work can be described with one word- Chaos. Employees are not valued and can be let go for any reason in a very abrubt manner. there is a general negative atmosphere, a lot of frustrations, swearing in the office etc. A lot of ignorant and often rude people full of their own self-importance particularly in middle management No Air Conditioning Overall very bad experience and would not recommend this company neither to prospective vendors, nor Clients, nor job seekers.
