Pros
The company is quite flexible in terms of work. The employee himself decides whether to work from home or the office. There is no hierarchical structure. All in all its a pleasant working environment without rules and pressures.
Cons
Since we are working entirely from home, it might be good to organize some events where employees can get to know each other
