It's easy to see the purpose in one's work, and the people who work in the department are almost universally great people.

The fact that they have to hire people for "casual" employment for necessary everyday tasks - with low pay, zero benefits, and no job security, is a travesty while the City Manager is paid more than the governor of the state.
