It is very flexible, that helps when you are finishing your studies. Also, you can learn a lot of things, since the team is small and you need to understand all the related projects.
Cons
It has many management problems. Planning are constantly changing, usually to the worst (more features in less time = poor software). Get out fast if you go to the operation team.
