Pros

None for my particular group but your experience will vary greatly by your management team. Pay wasn’t horrible but after 2 years I only got one tiny pay raise.

Cons

They offer PTO but make you schedule far in advance and guilt you when you take it. My team was micromanaged and talked down to like we were children. Pay started off as a decent number but no raises. They also dangled an incentive program in our faces for 2 years but it never came about.

Pros

Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

Cons

Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
