      Pros

      benefits, medical, dental, 401k match. Very supportive training and management.

      Cons

      not much PTO, I'm used to work with 3M software, their own coding software didn't work for me, depending which client you are working is a different software, ask during your interview, that could immensely change your productivity.

      Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

      Cons

      Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
