      Everything is good and work life balance is also good

      Cons

      Time on still is little distrubing our health due to long hour seattling and no physical activity are being done by people now days so company work on this and company must provide family health insurance too

      Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

      Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
