Pros

• You will gain good experience. Leverage it for your career • Field Tech got a gas allowance • Office had a bidet • Some clients were nice

Cons

• You’re expected to be at the company's beck and call but you will receive zero compensation for any overtime worked (and you will work overtime) • No benefits. Zero PTO in your first year and it's low after that. No health care. No vision/dental. Three sick days. THREE. • If you do get sick, even covid, you’ll be put through the ringer regarding company needs. And if you’re “really” sick. Try your best not to get sick. • Again, no health insurance. Goes along with the don’t get sick thing. • Immediate supervisor micromanages. Will continuously check in, or literally breathe down your neck, every 30 minutes if you’re on help desk, about what you’re doing. Even during client calls. • Management doesn’t believe in slow periods. You are always expected to be busy no matter how many tickets are handled or projects you have running. Look busy. • Management will not take the lead when there is a crisis or big screw up (power outage or servers go down.) Help desk is expected to figure out what happened in the dark while users are calling in panicked. Management will however come out after two hours without comment and sit in a chair in the middle just to make sure people are taking tickets. • This company also does not have an HR department • Pressured to make friends with coworkers or go to company parties. • Either will not give out raises or they’re so low they stay below inflation. Entire team is paid below market value. • You will be told you will be taught what you don’t know but often you’re only told once and expected to know and if you ask a question afterward it’s very condescending to get an answer. You’re mostly sent to fend for yourself. • You’ll be grilled if you’re a few minutes late. But the manager will arrive 30 min to an hour late sometimes.

Pros

You learn valuable IT skills from various companies you support, its an msp so it will leverage you for higher paying jobs since having msp expierence is always a plus.

Cons

Learning curve is pretty steep, you need previous experience to be successful or you have to be studying on your personal time. No benefits, and no hybrid of remote work opportunities.

Pros

free coffee and a salary for about 2 months, and look for a better job because your not going to last with this company for long.

Cons

As a former employee I cam to find out throw other employees in the course of two years there have been over 250 employees that have come and gone threw this company fired or quit because of how unreasonable this management to the employees in getting new accounts. First of all they have a very old data base of clients. Then when you do contact people of this old data base on a monthly basics they come to know you by first name basic and the company you work. I was told many times to not call and to take them off the call list, but management told us keep calling them again in two months.

This person was not employed by our company, this person must of got our name confused with another company with similar name, but looks like they were in a different line of work than IT.
