Pros

They are closed on the weekends.

Cons

Nobody knows anything including management. Outdated systems. They are only focus on how much money they can make by adding fees to the client bill and "hope" they don't see it. If the client calls in about it, just waive it. Very High turn over rate.

Pros

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Cons

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
