Pros
The co workers become more like family. The culture amongst the team is fun.
Cons
When one of the best managers and an amazing team lead left it shifted the entire dynamic. Now a newly promoted team lead was moved into a management role and prematurely. Time is always an issue and they refused to fix the time if you accidentally forget to clock in/out. They say they’ll always be there but they never answer the phone, leaving you to figure out which “senior” rep you want to call and get help from. We had amazing incentives when the other managers were there and not nothing. We win a “gift card” or time off and then they conveniently forget to come through on them. All the senior VP, the outside reps…they all seem to be dropping like flies. Obviously there is an issue. The pay is a joke. They tell you you can make 6 figures doing this with the intention on that never actually coming to fruition. You are lucky to have OTE of 50k in this role. They promise promotions that never happen, and they promise people the exact same lines and it’s only to keep them around a bit longer. They are constantly hiring and training new SDRs. because of the turnover. They train and then just leave them to figure it out and start training another new hire class.
