We also take your concerns about leadership, communication, pay, and workplace culture seriously. Everyone should feel respected, listened to, and supported when they have questions or feedback. No one should feel ignored, criticized in front of others, or pushed to work more than is fair. That’s not the kind of workplace we want.
We take concerns about transparency and ethics very seriously. We expect everyone to act with integrity when working with customers, suppliers, and each other. If people feel these standards aren’t being met, it shows we need to communicate better, be more accountable, and lead by example.
