Pros
+ Excellent on-boarding experience. + You'll work with some competent, kind colleagues, managers, and clients. + Big emphasis on MS certifications, including free exam vouchers and bonuses for some expert level certs. + If you lack work experience in the technology field but believe in your abilities and potential, an MSP such as Coretelligent is a good way to build your resume and enhance your skills.
Cons
- Typical high workload MSP (not unique to Cortelligent but something to be aware of). Expect to work at a very high level of your capacity day-in, day-out. - Below average pay and benefits for the amount of skilled output expected. - You'll work with some cold, incompetent colleagues, managers, and clients. - Micromagement and reactive management is rampant across the entire company. 2x major reorgs constant changes in upper management within the last 2 years indicates a company in crisis. - Several internal systems issues (outages, access issues, out of date information). - Aside from the MS cert program mentioned above (which you'll have to do completely outside of work hours), a severe lack of emphasis on-the-job employee career growth.
