Pros
- Supportive, kind-of-punk culture that truly values good ideas no matter who has them - Everyone, including engineering, is generally very open and helpful when it comes to talking about their work or ideas and you're never made to feel unimportant - Extremely bleeding edge technology, solving problems that have never solved before - you'll never be bored - Kind, earnest, honest coworkers, some of the most passionate people you'll ever work with - Despite a current lack of ERGs (hopefully not for long), the vast majority of people are respectful of identities and backgrounds - Very diverse workplace - A lot of true ownership at every level - Amazing leadership from brilliant people who really do care about their people, and are super honest - Strongly rewards initiative and autonomy
Cons
- Being on the bleeding edge means things change very quickly; the other side of never being bored is that there's very infrequently long stretches of downtime - Not every structure is in place just yet, so sometimes things can feel a little chaotic; this is not a great place to be if you need all of your days to look exactly the same - Work/life balance can sometimes be a struggle - Not yet as many perks as some other companies, but they're getting there!
