Pros
Very few, but the benefits were nice. My team was great, but it was the team that I/we had built prior to the merger that bought us out by CoreVest.
Cons
The management doesn't know how to manage. They clearly didn't want to make money with our team. They ran our entire operation into the ground for a year and a half. To date have had 4 rounds of layoffs in a time period where there should have been growth. They purchased our company because we were thriving and successful, and completely beat all our work to the ground. They are a sorry excuse for a company. Unprofessional, make the same mistakes over and over, lose money and don't correct the mistakes, ineffective and inefficient management. It's no wonder their layoffs continue months after I was relived from my own duties there in the 3rd round of layoffs. Poor is the best I can give them. They have ruined countless lives. I would tell anyone I know to run from this company as well as the parent company, Redwood Trust. They are snakes, zero loyalty, and the same good old boys club as every other corporation.
