- Friendly, encouraging atmosphere - Management is understanding and welcome to accomodate you on certain situations. - Room for growth in a kitchen-like setting, learning different roles like line/prep cook, etc.
Cons
- No time for breaks because it gets too busy - Dress Code - You'll be doing more than what you're position asks for sometimes, as you'll have to fill in other roles.
