Cons
The list would go on and on, but I'll just name the most significant (IMO): -They are cowards. They all turn their phones on Do Not Disturb and refuse to respond to technicians, after the techs have completed an assignment. -They take upwards of 30 days to APPROVE an assignment for payment (not to be confused with ACTUALLY paying the tech) -They will close out the assignment for the technician at $0 pay and not respond to the tech when they leave notes on the assignments/send in emails/leave voicemails -They have ZERO respect for the technicians and openly say that they are all "lowlifes" and "liars", and that they are sick of all of the "BS" the technicians give them. -They do not have a legitimate HR department, so any sort of complaints about other employees are just spread around the office and no action is ever taken. ...There is plenty more that I (not unlike others, apparently) have to say about this company, but I feel like I've summed up the MAJOR issues in the above statements.
