Mangers are always hovering and checking your every move on their computer system. As soon as you do something wrong they call you on the spot. Spying on you by the computer to see your speed limit, time windows and stuff even though you don't get paid by the hour you still have to wait for the time windows. Management makes it very hard for the employees to do their work with all their micromanaging. If only they put in that much effort to make our jobs easier and not harder!
