Pros

Cons
Do not go for it if you’re not looking for entry job and if you’re not white. They like to talk about culture and how they respect their employees its not true. My supervisor is always complaining which doesn’t help me paint a big and good picture of the work environment. If your’re American you have way better benefits and salary…especially if you’re white. Sorry but it’s true. Im not white and I can tell there’s a difference in respect and pay. I am just here to learn and accumulate experience that is the only thing I’m grateful for but tbh im not learning new softwares… im learning the way my supervisor wants me to learn which doesn’t help me for the future. They dont even ask me what I want to do in the future. AKA They do not want you to grow they want you to stay stuck in the current position. Anyways, I will be leaving soon. Hopefully. Going somewhere that has better work culture, where I can grow at an expanding rate, where my ideas and mission are valued.
